Stopwatch, designed specifically for bodybuilders and anyone who trains the body. Count the time between sets in the exercise/session by pressing the time caption. When the set is completed, just press time caption again to restart the stopwatch. No need to reset the stopwatch to restart it. Beep indicates that interval has passed. Depending on the load, the time between sets should range from 1.5 to 2.5 minutes.
Nothing extra! It is as simple as snow and the most convenient stopwatch.
